Helen Neal
Helen Neal has been painting both fine art and decorative painting for over thirty-five years. She has studied with Harry Norstram, the famous illustrator and all the big brushes of decorative painting. She has her work in homes throughout the world.
Helen is a founding member of the Panama City chapter of the Society of Decorative Painters and has been a guiding influence from the beginning.
